Rework PHP module checker

Webapp supports multiple versions of PHP, so it is necessary to list the packages that the user must install, depending on the version used and the missing modules.

List of packages to install should be shown only on deb-based distributions (file /etc/debian_version should exist on Debian derived distributions).
